Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements

  1. Gender: Female candidates only.
  2. Residence/Domicile: Only female residents holding local CNIC and Domicile of the respective Tehsils listed in the schedule are eligible to appear.
  3. Education: Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc / I.Com / ICS) or equivalent 12th-grade qualification.
  4. Experience: Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant computer/data entry operator experience will be given preference.
  5. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.
    • Note: The maximum age limit of 25 years already includes 5 years of general age relaxation. No further requests for age relaxation will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions for Walk-in Test/Interview

Candidates appearing for the test and interview must strictly follow these rules and regulations outlined by NADRA HR:
  • Domicile & Residence: Female residents from respective Tehsils as per CNIC/Domicile will be allowed for Test & Interview.
  • Probationary Period: Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, which is extendable subject to satisfactory work performance.
  • Mandatory Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original personal, educational, and professional documents (CNIC, Domicile, Degrees/Certificates, Work Experience letters) at the time of the test.
  • Punctuality: Requests for consideration after the lapse of specified registration times will not be entertained.
  • Interview Shortlisting: Only candidates who successfully qualify for the written/computer test will be shortlisted and called for the interview.
  • Reserve Candidates: In the event that a selected candidate declines the job offer, the offer may be extended to reserve candidates.
  • Government Servants (NOC): Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test/interview.
  • Attested Certificates: Attested copies of educational certificates from respective educational boards must be submitted at the time of interview.
  • Medical Fitness & Character Certificates: Selected candidates will be required to submit official Medical Fitness and Character Certificates prior to joining.
  • Location-Specific Appointment: Appointments are made against specific location seats. Therefore, no requests for inter-tehsil or inter-district transfers will be entertained.
  • Electronic Gadget Ban: Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or tablets are strictly prohibited inside the test/interview center.
  • No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the walk-in test or interview.
