Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Account Coverage Responsibilities:

Strategy Implementation: Assist the Unit Head – Cash Management Division (CMD) in executing localized and nationwide business strategies, driving client acquisition, business origination, and portfolio management.

Portfolio Optimization: Manage assigned cash management accounts to maximize interest and non-interest fee revenues while safeguarding the bank’s market position. Evaluate customer wallet share to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Performance & Profitability Monitoring: Track individual portfolio growth, analyze revenue streams, and interpret transaction data to maintain account profitability.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal partners, risk mitigators, and product delivery teams to ensure seamless cross-functional communication and prompt client servicing.

Feedback & Product Development: Gather real-time client feedback and market intelligence to suggest product enhancements and custom cash management solutions.

Client Relationship Maintenance: Maintain high service quality standards to foster long-term relationships and retain key corporate accounts.

Customer Service Standards: Deliver rapid processing turnarounds and advisory services to high-net-worth commercial and corporate trade clients.

Product Management Feedback: Share trade flow patterns and market shifts with product developers to refine NBP’s trade suites.
