Mandatory Terms & Prerequisites

• Contract Structure & Performance: Appointments are strictly contractual. Annual contract renewal is contingent upon performance appraisals driven by system-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). An attractive, market-based salary package will be offered.
• Domicile Restriction: Only candidates holding a valid Domicile of Sindh Province are eligible to apply.
• Educational Verification: All degrees, certificates, and academic transcripts must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Candidates holding foreign qualifications must provide an official HEC Equivalence Certificate at the time of scrutiny.
• No Age Relaxation: The age limits stated for each position are final; no general or specific age relaxations will be granted under any circumstances.
• Public Sector Reservation: The Public Sector Organization reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies, or to abandon the recruitment process at any stage without prior notice.

Official Application & Submission Procedure

1. Online Registration: Applications must be submitted online via the dedicated web link: https://admissions.iba.edu.pk/publicsectororg-gos-2026.php. Hard copy submissions via courier or post will not be accepted.
2. Fee Voucher Generation: Eligible applicants must generate a prescribed application/test fee voucher of Rs. 3,500/- directly through the online IBA portal.
3. Fee Payment: Deposit the non-refundable and non-transferable fee of Rs. 3,500/- at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited.
4. Government Employees (NOC): Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the interview phase.
5. Test Center: The written screening test will be conducted by IBA Karachi exclusively in Karachi.
6. Closing Date: The final date for online form submission is October 05, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will be rejected automatically.
